A day of yoga + community.

On this International Day of Yoga, you’re invited to join us for classes, guest speakers, kids’ yoga, vendors, and the return of the Silent Disco!

This year’s theme is Mental Health, Inclusion, and Community. Proceeds will support NAMI Mercer, NJ — our local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness — elevating their efforts to provide vital resources to those in need through the unifying power of community and yoga.
