"Illuminations" portraits with artist Jordan Eagles

Known for exploring the ethics and power of blood in his wide-ranging artistic practice, Jordan Eagles will commemorate World AIDS Day with an immersive photography session. Visitors are invited to sit for a portrait with the artist, engage with their own histories, and consider the movement for LGBTQ+ equality and the continuing impact of HIV/AIDS. A slideshow of the portraits will be incorporated into the exhibition. Limited sittings available; first come, first served.

Eagles’ site-specific installation, Illuminations, will also be on view at the Museum during this event.

This event is part of the Museum’s Day With(out) Art program.
