This is a confidential safe trauma informed space for women to build a Sisterhood community where they can support each other, be seen, heard. and held.

Feel free to bring a beverage and snacks or a dish to share with the group.

I encourage you to bring a journal and pen.

I will be sharing tools that I have learned through my trauma informed training as well as introducing and working through trauma informed books with the members to help them build a toolbox for how to regulate there nervous system, better manage stress and stressful situations, and work through traumas.
