Course One: Stracciatella and tomato jam toast, hot honey, balsamic
Course Two: Braised Berkshire Pork Shank, curried carrot puree, Natural Reduction
Course Three: German Chocolate Cake, Mascarpone, vanilla frosting, toasted coconut, and pecan
Our two hand-picked single barrels bourbons aged 6.5yrs in that Texas heat, and reached 130.5 Proof and 134.7 Proof. My Dad and I had an incredible time selecting these barrels, and we know you’ll love them just as much as we did!
