Full Moon in Taurus (Yin & Sound Healing)

🌕𝑨 𝑽𝒆𝒏𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑭𝒖𝒍𝒍 𝑴𝒐𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒔𝒍𝒐𝒘, 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝘚𝘌𝘓𝘍 & 𝘚𝘖𝘜𝘓 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆....

📌This will be a ~two part~ experience

🧘🏻‍♀️At 6pm, a sweet Yin flow will ground our bodies and still our minds.
*After the flow, we will break but hold the space with mindful presence ⬇️

📌We will take a *super* brief break at 7 for those who
~need to go to the restroom
~ aren’t staying for the rest of the event
~want to attend 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 the sound healing portion

❤️Please arrive quietly and seamlessly between 7 & 7:10
❤️Please leave quietly if you’re not staying!
