Our late night cult classic series Retrograde returns with a special Friday the 13th screening of the original FRIDAY THE 13TH! 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀: princetongardentheatre.org/specials

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗲: Celebrating its 45th anniversary, this seminal film in the horror genre centers around a group of summer camp counselors trying to reopen the defunct Camp Crystal Lake. When the fresh-faced teens ignore the superstitions of the locals and the camp’s grisly past, they soon find themselves picked off by a brutal unseen killer. Spawning plenty of knockoffs, this first film in the prolific slasher film series is memorable for a campy performance by Betsy Palmer, an early role for Kevin Bacon, and impressive special effects courtesy of Tom Savini.
