Coffee & Coloring

Join us as we meet at the library to color. All supplies will be provided but please feel free to bring your own supplies if you wish. This program is for adults. Feel free to bring your own favorite drink while you color. Coffee will be provided.

"There are no rules for coloring. Coloring can reduce anxiety, improve motor skills, promote healing and recovery, improve sleep, relax your brain, colors themselves can energize, soothe, calm, improve our mood, and/ or help us focus." - M. Crowell
