Join us for an unforgettable summer evening on the farm as we celebrate local flavors, community, and craftsmanship. This guided tasting features five expertly curated pairings of artisan cheeses, local wines, and craft ciders—each telling a story of the land and the people behind it.
Leading the cheese experience are Kerry and Mike Jerred of Forage to Fromage, who will share their deep knowledge of cheese and the farms they come from.
Brookview Winery & Ciders will provide thoughtfully paired wines and ciders to complement each bite.
One course even includes a slice of our beloved wood-fired pizza, bringing together everything you love about Alpha and Omega.
