Active Aging class at EVERSTRONG

Active Aging is a program designed for older adults who want to keep moving with confidence. This chair-based class focuses on strength, mobility, and balance, with exercises performed both seated and standing. It’s a safe and effective way to maintain independence, improve daily function, and reduce the risk of falls.

Please note: The studio entrance has a small set of steps, so participants should be comfortable navigating a few stairs.
