Sound Healing Sessions

Join Tennyson King & Chris Noble as they offer you ‘music as medicine for the soul’ while using the power of 432 hz tuned sounds, meditation, and Qigong breath work. Meditative sounds are created and inspired by traditional Taiwanese Gongs, Zhongruan (traditional Chinese instrument) and soft keyboard pads. The session involves an introduction to the ancient Chinese practice of Qi Gong breath work to relax the body and mind, body scans, meditation accompanied by music and sound journey. Tennyson draws from his Chinese ancestry to bring a sound healing and meditation journey to all open minded individuals. He has offered this workshop at Glastonbury Music Festival (UK), Vancouver Island MusicFest (CAN), Mission Folk Festival (CAN), Shambhala In Your Heart (Thailand), and more…

He is accompanied by sound healer and composer Chris Noble who has created soft piano and pads tuned to 432hz creating a peaceful soundscape throughout the entire session.
