The Hops Must Be Crazy Launch @ Capital Craft Beer Academy

Sometimes the stars align, and something magical happens!

A few weeks ago, we had the absolute pleasure of brewing a collaboration beer with Luke Edward from Yakima Chief Hops from the USA. Luke didn’t hold back, he brought us only the finest ingredients they had to offer.

Now we had the ingredients, but we needed a recipe. Enter Bruce Williamson from Chopper One Brewing, who stepped in and helped us craft something special.

Next up, we needed a brewery. This part was easy. One quick call to Gavin and Tudy from OC Brewery, and without hesitation, they said, “Let’s do it and sommer make 1,000 litres!”

Fast forward a few weeks and we’re proud to introduce our second collaboration beer of the year...
