Come and join us for an evening of Kirtan and a cup of ceremonial cacao. All you need to bring is your voice.

Paul Makinson of Simply Spiritual Healing will be bringing his beautiful Kirtan to Manchester - his regular Kirtan events are based in and around Leeds, so it's a great opportunity to come and gather at Creative Calm YS and spread the beauty of Kirtan further north!

Kirtan is a form of Bhakti (devotional) yoga - where we will sing sacred mantras, uplift the mind, open the heart and bring an inner peace. Creating positive ripples of energy not only for ourselves but sending out love, compassion and joy for all beings.

Cacao is a beautiful heart opening drink that will be served and blessed to open the gathering.
