Step into the tranquil sanctuary I have created at Sparklife, Prestwich on Friday, 25th July at 8:00 PM for an immersive Sound Bath designed to release tension, recharge your energy, and guide you back to a place of deep inner stillness and rest.

As the summer evenings stretch longer and the light lingers, we welcome a shift in energy — a perfect time to slow down, reflect, and reset. Let the soothing tones of crystal bowls and gentle instruments envelop you in calm and renewal.

I'm so excited to welcome you back to Sparklife — a cozy and peaceful space dedicated to wellbeing. Let this session be your mid-summer pause: a quiet exhale for the mind, body, and spirit.

• A cozy, candlelit space where you're fully supported with mats and bolsters
• Guided relaxation to ease into the session
• A rich tapestry of sound from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more
• An opportunity to disconnect from your busy life and tune inward

• We provide mats and bolsters
• Please bring a blanket, pillow, and eye mask for maximum comfort
• Optional: Water bottle, crystals, journal

Sparklife is located at Stella House, directly opposite Heaton Park Tram Stop.Free parking is available at:

• Doors open: 7:50 PM
• Session starts: 8:00 PM
• Late arrivals after 8:05 PM will not be admitted (no refunds).Please arrive on time and plan your journey accordingly.

• Please do not attend if you have a persistent cough or COVID-19 symptoms
• You are welcome to pass on your ticket to someone else if you cannot attend
• This session is not suitable for:
• • People with pacemakers or other therapeutic electronic devices
  • Those in 1st trimester of pregnancy
  • Individuals with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, virtigo or high blood pressure or hypertension
  • Sound sensitivity or tinnitus

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All tickets are non-refundable. Due to being a small business, I am unable to facilitate refunds at this time. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member if you are unable to attend.
