Yoga & Sound Bath

A 90 minute class to move and breathe. Release areas of tightness, breathe more effectively and learn how to meditate and relax. 45 mins of gentle yoga and 45 min sound bath enjoy relaxing in a hammock or reclining chair - pure lush!

Held in the gorgeous Sound Bath Studio, Prestonpans.

All levels of experience are welcome and supported.
