If you are open to beginning a new stage in your healing journey, then attunement to this powerful energy force may be what you need at this point in your life. At level 1 in addition to being attuned to Reiki, you will learn all about this energy and be given the tools you need to begin your own personal healing journey. This teaching and attunement will also enable you to use this wonderful healing energy to promote healing for your family, friends, and pets too! If you wish to use this energy to practise professionally, level 2 is required which you can do later whenever you are ready.
Reiki Level 1 incorporates one full day of training and attunement and also includes a course manual and ongoing support.
You will learn:
* Meditation and techniques to calm your mind and tune into your heart centre.
* How we are all energy, and all connected.
* How we all have intuitive awareness of the energies around us including that of other people.
* How to connect with and utilise the life force energy that is all around us.
* About the chakra system, the seven main chakras and their role in healing and dis-ease.
* How to protect your energy field and your personal space from negativity and intrusion
* The background to Reiki healing and how it works.
* How to use Reiki to heal yourself.
* How to use Reiki to heal family and friends.
* How to use Reiki to cleanse a space and for protection.
This is a powerful day and can be life changing for many. It will enhance your awareness of energy and enable you to better understand your own needs and begin to heal your inner wounds.
This teaching will take place at River Healer in Musselburgh.
*Attunement is the process whereby you are attuned you to the frequency of Reiki energy, enabling you to channel that energy to yourself and to others to promote healing on all levels.
I am fully qualified and certified Reiki Master Teacher, and have been teaching Reiki at all levels for ten years. My lineage is very strong only five away from the creator of Reiki himself Dr Mikao Usui himself. My lineage is available on request and is displayed on my wall. I am a registered Master Teacher with the Reiki Federation.
