🧘 Stretch & Brunch — 16th Nov
Join us for a morning of rejuvenation and relaxation at our new monthly ‘stretch & brunch’ social.
Charlotte will guide you through 45 mins of Yin Yoga - a series of postures which take you into deep physical stretches which are held for 3-5 mins, this helps you tone and strengthen your muscles whilst also giving you time to breathe and clear your mind. You will then have time to put on your fluffy socks and wrap up in a blanket, giving you time to relax with a short blissful Yoga Nidra (Nidra meaning Sleep) session
The session is open to everyone, all abilities are welcome and no experience is necessary. There are always plenty of options for each posture to make sure it’s comfortable for you.
Feeling totally relaxed tuck into homemade stacked American pancakes with toppings of your choice and any a tea, coffee or iced coffee or any other drink from the menu you wish.
Please bring your own yoga mat (however; if you need to borrow one just let us know), your favourite fluffy socks and a blanket
