Sour Joe is new food truck out of Galena that serves Kolaches! Never heard of them? They are yeasted dough pastries popularized by Czech immigrants and this food truck does it's own fun spin on them. Flavors include: bacon and eggs, Italian beef, cheeseburger and pickles and breakfast sausage each wrapped pastry dough!
