How can business schools and workplaces drive genuine equity and inclusion?
This one-day conference brings together leading voices in business education and organisational psychology to rethink how race, ethnicity, and equity can be embedded into teaching, leadership, and practice.
Fighting inequality is not the responsibility of one group alone. Meaningful inclusion requires that all communities – White and ethnically diverse – work together in allyship. By building genuine partnerships, sharing experiences, and challenging systemic barriers collectively, we can create business schools and workplaces that reflect fairness, respect, and opportunity for everyone.
Through keynote talks, presentations, and an interactive workshop, you’ll gain insights, practical strategies, and inspiration to foster inclusive learning and working environments. The event is free to attend and open to staff, students, and external guests.
