Discover and train in real-time. Gain personal, interpersonal and even transpersonal skills naturally, instinctually and playfully which you can use to make your relationships an artform.
“What you don’t play, plays you” – discover the playful way into your issues, see with ease how they “play out” hehe. Become more adept at perceiving, having insight into, managing and transforming issues. Let’s improvise! With awareness, wisdom, and insight.
This workshop will draw on elements of drama therapy, eco-therapy, and group therapy from a holistic, easeful, playful centre. You will be given simple practical techniques to transform yourself as well as a deeper process of discovering what your unconscious is yearning to grow into. We will play and learn acting skills, and also connect with nature spirits, taro symbology and Jungian archetypes.
Other skills you can gain from this include, greater range and control of expression in body and voice, improvisation skills, understanding of scene structure, general authentic relating techniques.

WHO AM I?
My name is William and I’m a Mental Health Support Worker, actor, director, theatre maker, facilitator, Ecotherapist and spiritual practitioner. I have followed non-dual spiritual paths for over 15 years and trained in acting and theatre for over 10 years. I recognise a loss of connection to earth and spirit as core to the meta-crisis and this work seeks to be part of the solutions that address this. I have trained with master teachers in ritual theatre techniques from Balinese and Le Coq pedagogies, including, physical theatre, mask and clown. I’ve also trained in Meisner-method and other acting techniques. I have held space for intense psycho-emotional presentations in both my experiences in theatre and support work.
