Monday Social Run

Join us for our regular Monday social 18th August.

I am in my way back from injury currently doing some run walking so will be back this Monday. I am going to make it an out and back this week towards Hutton so please wear a watch so you know when to get turn. Hope to see you there 🙂

📍 Meeting Point: InPost lockers at Tesco, Penwortham

🏃‍♂️ Distance: 5K run

This is a social meet-up, not a coaching or training session. Please only attend if you’re fit and well enough to take part — you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.

If you’re running, please consider looping back to support those at a slower pace — it really helps build the community feel!
