Join us on this first of two taster session at a reduced fee of just £5+ fees. These sessions are aimed at adults, not children, to allow the space and time to concentrate on our own wellbeing.

Use this opportunity to explore the benefits of journaling . If you are new to journaling you will explore different styles and techniques. If you are a seasoned journaler, use this moment to expand your ideas. Materials will be provided for these taster sessions, Just bring along your own journal or diary.

We will have a selection of reclaimed creative materials available for purchase for an additional cost.
