Ladies our next series of sessions in the South Ribble area will be looking at:
Daily self-care practices, which include physical activities like exercise or a good walk, mental and emotional practices like mindfulness or meditation, and social activities such as connecting with friends and family. Other key practices involve ensuring a good sleep routine, eating nutritious meals, and engaging in creative or fulfilling hobbies.
We will look at some key areas that we can focus on, including:
Physical care

• Hygiene
Mental and emotional care
• Mindfulness and meditation
• Creativity
• Relaxation
• Set boundaries
Social and personal fulfilment
• Connect with others
• Hobbies
• Help others
