Join Deacon Beck Leclaire and Jeff Brown, RYT-200, for a rejuvenating retreat designed to nourish your spirit, connect with God, and gently awaken your body. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to explore various spiritual practices, connect with nature, and find peace within a supportive community. You'll have flexible time during the retreat to explore the camp's grounds, engage in personal reflection, or simply relax and unwind.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? This retreat is open to individuals of all backgrounds and spiritual beliefs seeking a deeper connection with themselves and the divine. Whether you are experienced in yoga and spiritual practices or just beginning your journey, you are welcome here. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
- Daily Gentle Yoga: Jeff Brown will guide optional gentle yoga sessions suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. These sessions will focus on mindful movement, breath work, and relaxation, helping to release tension and promote a sense of well-being. Participation in yoga is not required for attendance.

- Diverse Spiritual Practices: Deacon Beck Leclaire will lead explorations of nature-based spiritual practices.
