Second Sunday Satsang

Satsang is a fellowship of practitioners to support the spiritual journey, focusing on the limbs of yoga beyond yoga asana/postures. This gathering will interweave teachings from the yoga tradition that support our practice and life, some simple sacred chanting, meditation, community discussion, and other practices. Bring a journal as we may spend some time in contemplation and writing. Contact Cindy Lusk with any questions, or just show up. Everyone is welcome. By donation.
