As the sun dips low and the sky blushes orange, stretch, breathe, and share your mat with some playful goats who love to be part of the flow!

Join us for a downward dog kind of evening, where serenity meets silliness and yoga poses come with tiny hoofed companions.

Yoga will be lead by Rachel McGuerty with Blue Lotus Yoga in Prairieville.
