spIN Focus - David Bowie - Hunky Dory

This evening's spIN Focus event features a full play of David Bowie's pivotal album, Hunky Dory. This record showcases Bowie's brilliant songwriting, blending folk, cabaret, and glam rock into a truly unique and timeless collection. It's a must-hear for fans of pop songwriting.

Released in 1971, the album is a testament to Bowie's creative genius, featuring enduring classics like "Changes," "Life on Mars?," and "Queen Bitch," alongside deeper tracks that highlight his lyrical wit and melodic flair. spIN Focus is different from many of our other events, just a brief intro and then a focused listen to this landmark album. Doors open 6:30pm, the album starts at 7:00pm.

$10 Donation supports Center For Recorded Music 501(c)(3) and includes admission, complimentary snacks and beverages including soft drinks, flavored waters, and 1 complimentary adult beverages from a great selection of beer, wine, mixed drinks, and NA options.
