FS8 Pilates (Leawood, KS)

We’re taking the KC Girl Gang to FS8 Leawood for a reformer-style pilates class that blends pilates, tone, and yoga into a low-impact but challenging workout! This class is perfect for all fitness levels—you can keep it gentle with bodyweight or level up with resistance and weights.

Only 18 spots available, so save your space early!

What to Know:

✅ Please arrive by 7:15 PM
✅ Class will be under 1 hour
✅ Beginner-friendly & modifiable
✅ Great way to meet new girls in KC!
