SBC -Special Event- Bookclub Campout and Community Picnic Dinner!
24 Hours - Saturday October 11th to Sunday October 12th (noon to noon)
We have been given special access to camp at Old Friend Farm. This is not a place you can rent or normally stay at!
This beautiful site is located in Prairie Grove

About the event:
Bring everything you need to survive for 24 hours in the woods. This is a camping event. There is zero phone reception here so prepare to be disconnected for the 24 hours.
Arrive around 12pm and get your campsite all setup, hang out by the creek, socialize or read
Around 5pm we will dig into our community picnic and all have diner together
- As the event gets closer we will start a group chat for the attendees to coordinated whose bringing what to the picnic. Think potluck but without the crockpots and electricity.
As nightfall gets closer we will get a fire built and make some smores
We will also have a book exchange. Bring some books your willing to trade (Not required to participate)
The cost of this event is $30 per person or $25 if you carpool with other people to the site
None of this money is going to the book club admins or is for profit. For the $30 the following will be included

Fresh fruit and granola bars for breakfast
The remaining money is being given to the family who agreed to host us and maintains this land/facilities
Please pay with cash ONLY on the day of the event
