While many styles focus on linear tracks, Lambada thrives on orbital energy. This intensive will immerse you in the techniques and concepts that favor circularity, helping you break away from "back-and-forth" patterns and embrace the continuous, rotating flow that defines this style.

>> Is there an audition process? What are the requirements?
To ensure the best training environment based on your feedback, all participants will sign up with a training partner of their choice instead of undergoing auditions.
How does that work?
Each couple signs up as a unit (1 Leader + 1 Follower) and trains together throughout the intensive. If you and another couple both agree to rotate, the teachers will allow partner switching between your specific groups.
Recommended Level: We suggest an Intermediate level (at least 1 year of experience). If you are below this level, please be aware that the material will be challenging.
Note: You must be a BraZouky AUS 2026 Event Pass holder (Leader, Follower, or Buddies) to purchase this intensive as an 'add-on'.
>> What am I going to learn?
Iago & Vanessa will break down their signature concepts to help you stay "in the flow." In this training, you will explore:
→ Pisadas (Footwork): Adjusting your stepping patterns to support constant rotation rather than linear travel.
→ Rotations: Mastering the mechanics of turning as a unit without losing connection or balance.
→ Posicionamentos (Positioning): Learning where to stand in relation to your partner to facilitate effortless circular motion.
→ The "Circle Concept": Shifting your mindset from dancing on a track to dancing in an orbit.
It’s the perfect way to build the skills and confidence needed for high-energy, authentic Lambada social dancing. 💃🕺
