2025 Oktoberfest Ball - GLASS & UniMelb

GLASS & UniMelb German Club welcome you to this year's Oktoberfest Ball!

We will be dining again at the lovely German Club Tivoli in Prahran for a night of good company, musik, food, and bier.

All tickets include a purchase of a main meal, and 2 drinks tokens. Vegan and vegetarian options are available. A photographer will be present and photos will be made available after the event.

Attire: for those who have some, traditional German attire is encouraged. Otherwise, please wear formal attire.

Please arrive from 18:30 for a 19:00 start. Parking is available on-sight. Public transport options are also available.

Early-bird tickets will be available for members until 23:55 on Monday the 22nd of September. After this time, no discounts will be given.

Membership will be checked at the door. Those who purchased membership tickets without an active membership will be required to purchase membership before they are allowed access to the ball.

Ticket sales close strictly three days before the event. After this time tickets will no longer be offered. No refunds will be considered.

This event is 18+. Under law an acceptable form of ID is required. All patrons must follow Monash University guidelines and rules within and outside the venue.
