From 24 September to 29 October, ATMA Community Space presents Temple Foundations – Six Evenings of Embodied Practice. Participants may attend single evenings or the full series.
On 22 October, the theme is Touch. Touch can carry presence, intention, and care. This session explores touch as a language — giving, receiving, and witnessing — and shows how its quality changes when guided by awareness. All practices are clothing-on, with respect and choice at the center.
Facilitated by Pavla, who combines her own journey with professional training in Somatic Experiencing, creating trauma-sensitive, safe spaces for exploration.
