Lose yourself in performances by members of the National Theatre and the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra as you admire the unique atmosphere of the Baroque Church of St. Nicholas. Before the concert, marvel at the complex interior arrangement and lighting scheme that make this church one of the most impressive in Prague. Gaze at the magnificent interior highlighted by an extraordinary ceiling fresco depicting scenes from St. Nicholas' life by J.L. Kracker, one of the largest in Europe.
Several classical works composed by European musical virtuosos are featured throughout the hour-long performance, including works by G. F. Handel, Antonio Vivaldi, Johann Sebastian Bach, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Indulge yourself in the Czech classical music composer Antonin Dvoák and get mesmerized by the classical night. The program changes on a day-to-day basis between orchestral, organ, chamber, or choir compositions.
