- master bedroom (king size bed, walk-in closet)
- separate bedroom with balcony to the garden (sofa bed), also usable as a study
- attic bedroom (two double beds, one single bed)
- bathroom with shower
- spacious living room with modern, fully equipped kitchen
- storage room with washing machine
-free parking on the property - one car (additional cars can be parked ON THE WHOLE DAMN STREET in front of the house).
The old neighborhood is rather quiet than alive:) Good accessibility to the city center and from/to the airport.
