ROTTEN HANDS
Pražská kapela Rotten Hands složená s umělců pohybujících se v divadelním prostředí společně vytváří autorskou hudbu ve stylu který navazuje na estetiku filmové westernové hudby s přesahem do post rocku či post punku.
Kapela vznikla na popud rozkresleného westernového komixu z kterého se fiktivní postavy nenápadně podobají na samotné členy kapely.
Kapela vystoupí s projekcí komixu.

SOMEPEOPLESOMEWHERE
Somepeoplesomewhere je kolektiv točící se kolem zimbabwského básníka Dumisa a českého hudebníka Šimona Michálka. Všichni členové žijí v různých zemích a na různých kontinentech, aby spolupráce byla co nejobtížnější. Kolektiv má mnoho členů a neustále prochází různými iteracemi a složeními podle toho, kde se zrovna objeví. Tento projekt začal jako série koncertů volně improvizované hudby doprovázející Dumisovy texty a poté se formalizoval do podoby konceptuálního debutového alba Somepeoplenowhere, které bylo vydáno v roce 2024. Teď se na jeden koncert kolektiv vrátí ke svým kořenům, a zahraje jeden improvizovaný koncert s novými texty. Co zůstává konstantní, je Dumisova poezie o lásce a její ztrátě, politice, identitě, lidské zkušenosti a osvobození všech lidí všude.

ROTTEN HANDS
The Prague band Rotten Hands, composed of artists working in the theatre environment, creates original music in a style that follows the aesthetics of film western music with a touch of post rock or post punk.
The band was inspired by a fictional western comic book in which the fictional characters subtly resemble the band members themselves.
The band will perform with a projection of the comic.

SOMEPEOPLESOMEWHERE
Somepeoplesomewhere is a collective based around Zimbabwean poet Dumiso and Czech musician Šimon Michálek, whose many members are based in various countries and continents in order to maximise the difficulty of collaboration. The collective has many members, and constantly goes through various iterations and compositions depending on where it appears. The project began as a series of performances of freely improvised music accompanying Dumiso's texts, then formalised into the form of the conceptual spoken-word debut album Somepeoplenowhere, which was released in 2024. Now, the collective returns to its roots to perform one fully improvised concert with new material. What remains a constant through all this is Dumiso's poetry about love and its loss, politics, identity, the human experience and the liberation of all peoples.
