During this immersive hands-on workshop, we explore how movement, behaviour, perception, emotions, and thought patterns shape and influence each other.
Rooted in the Fighting Monkey Practice, this workshop goes beyond learning techniques - it is about developing tools to support meaningful and lasting changes. Participants become active research partners, testing and applying key principles to their own challenges.
The workshop is also a first event of our year long Study Cycle, a platform which provides an opportunity for continuous development of your own sustainable, life-supporting practice

Jakub Zeman
Senior Fighting Monkey Teacher, movement educator, and researcher with a background in martial arts, dance, and information technology. Jakub has worked closely with Linda Kapetanea and Jozef Frucek since 2015 and is dedicated to developing practical, meaningful movement education.
Jakub loves working with a wide range of practitioners, ensuring the practice is constantly tested, adapted, and refined. They have led workshops across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
