This September, join us to cook one of Lebanon’s most loved comfort foods: chich barak — little sambousak-style dumplings stuffed with spiced meat, folded by hand, and simmered in a tangy laban (yogurt) sauce.
👩🍳 In this 3–4 hour workshop, you’ll:
✔️ Learn to make the ʿajīn (dough) and filling from scratch
✔️ Practice the traditional folding technique of chich barak
✔️ Cook the laban sauce and season it the Lebanese way
✔️ Sit down to enjoy our meal sawa (together), just like at home
