🕖 Arrive 19:00. Please be on time so we can begin together as a circle.

⭕ 19:15-19:45 Opening circle and somatic vocal warmup

📿 19:45 – 21:10 Mantra singing

🍃 21:10-21:30 Integrating sounds and closing circle

🫖 21:30-22:00 Snacks and tea
