Autumn is here and we are hosting our Monthly Meetings back in our beloved AAU 🎓

🖋 Our October lecture:
"The exiled journalist and anti-communist activist Josef Josten and the British Committee for Defence of the Unjustly Prosecuted."
Our speaker is Milada Polišenská, author and tenured Professor of History and International Relations and the current Provost of AAU.
She specialized in modern and contemporary history of Central and Eastern Europe, focusing on diplomatic history and nationalism, and the themes of exile, emigration, travel and the history of education.
