Functional Body for Dancers

Workout designed specifically for bachata dancers (non-dancers are also welcome ☺️)

💪 Lessons focused on strengthening key body parts/muscle groups and compensating for the strain we put on them.
💪We also talk about how we use these muscle groups (in what moves/figures), how we can practice engaging them correctly, and what we can do to provide relief.

👉Open level, low to medium intensity
