1️⃣ Cuban Salsa 19:00 - 20:00 (60min)
In this introduction lesson you will learn the basics of Cuban Salsa. We will focus not only on steps, but also on correct leading & following technique. After this lesson you will be able to join our regular Salsa 1 lessons.

2️⃣ Bachata 20:00 - 21:00 (60min)
In this introduction Bachata lesson you will learn the basic steps of the bachata (in different directions) as well as the basic turns for both the leader & follower. Most importantly you will learn the correct leading and following technique. After this lesson you will be able to join our regular Bachata 1 lessons.

Na lekci se naučíš základní krok kubánské salsy GUAPEYA a základní figuru v páru DILE QUE NO. Zaměříme se nejen na krok, ale také správné vedení, následování a postavení těla. A po této lekci se budeš moci přidat na naše pravidelné lekce Salsa 1, které najdeš v našem 🗓 rozvrhu na webových stránkách:

Lekce je vhodná pro všechny, co s Bachatou úplně začínají. Naučíte se základní krok Bachaty (a to do různých směrů) a základní otočku pro partnerku se správným vedením signálu pro otočku a jejím následováním.
