This mixed sharing circle is an invitation into a simple yet powerful practice: being heard without being fixed.
In a world that moves fast, explains quickly, and offers advice before understanding, we create a different kind of space — one where listening itself becomes the medicine.
What to expect:
-A grounded, safe, and confidential container
-Clear agreements that support trust and respect
-A short embodiment practice to help you drop out of the head and into the body
-Sharing in small groups or as a whole circle (depending on group size)
-No pressure to speak
This is not therapy, and it is not a discussion group.
There is no analysing, debating, or fixing.
Instead, we practice:
-Speaking from lived experience
-Listening without interruption
-Asking for consent before offering advice or reflections
Who this is for:
-Anyone curious about conscious communication
-Those longing to be heard without judgment
-People who value presence, slowness, and authenticity
-Suited both to newbies and those already deeply on the path
About the facilitator:
The circle is facilitated by Anurasa, Founder of Tantra Prague and Emotional Fluidity Movement, who draws from embodied meditation, conscious relating, and the Tantra Essence lineage. Her work centres around creating grounded, non-performative spaces where real human experience is welcome.
