Survival Saturdays: Compass Skills

DESCRIPTION

For our final program in our Survival Saturdays Series, join us at the MacKenzie Center as we learn how to use a compass to find our way. First, we will learn the parts of a compass, and how to orient ourselves on different bearings. Then, we will put our skills to the test on the MacKenzie Center orienteering course.

All materials needed will be provided. Please plan accordingly for the weather, including bringing sunscreen, water and wearing closed-toed shoes.
