The purpose of Candy by the Carload is simple: to bring local organizations and the Powell community members together. The event presents the perfect opportunity to trick-or-treat in a small, safe environment. We find the event is especially beneficial to those families with children too young to do ordinary door-to-door trick-or-treating, those who may need special assistance, and for those kids who want another opportunity to wear their costume!
PLEASE REGISTER ALL CHILDREN participating at Powell.RecDesk.Com so we are able to give an anticipated number to our vendors who make this event possible.
The event runs from 4pm-6pm, you are registering for a start time.
Resident Registration opens at 12noon on Monday, September 15th & Non-Resident registration opens at 12noon on Tuesday, September 30th.
Please note that for purposes of City of Powell Parks & Recreation programs and events residency is based on your municipal tax district as is able to be reviewed at
