Intentional Journaling

Join us for some time dedicated to your journaling journey and discover what method will best meet your needs. Please bring your own journal. Registration required.

Journaling has long been celebrated as being important for health and well-being. Now, the internet has popularized so many kinds of journaling that it's become difficult to keep track. If you've ever tried journaling in the past and felt overwhelmed, given up, or didn't know where to start, this is the program for you. We'll be covering different types of journaling, work on identifying why you want to journal, how to make it work for you, and give you dedicated journaling time.

Basic art supplies will be provided, but bring your own journal and any specific supplies you would like to use.
