About Jayce Harry and Céline Mickey:

My name is Jayce Harry, I am a Coast Salish artist from the Tla’amin Nation. I’ve had a love for my culture from a young age, starting to bead at the age of five. I began creating ribbon skirts for my three daughters, and it’s grown from there to where I am today: facilitating workshops.
Back in 2021, I did my practicum with SNIWWOC and had the honour of helping with a workshop. I’ve also worked with NEC and the Vancouver Aboriginal Community Policing Centre Society. Connecting through art and culture has become a vital component to my healing journey.


I'm Céline Mickey, an Indigenous artist, entrepreneur, and proud mother of two. I work with traditional practices like basket weaving and beadwork, drawing inspiration from my culture and the land. My art is a way of staying connected to my ancestors, my community, and the stories that continue to guide us. I also work with JehJeh Media, supporting Indigenous voices and storytelling. Everything I do is rooted in love for my culture and a deep commitment to passing that knowledge on to future generations.
