Session 4 closes our Heart-Centered Medicine series with an invitation into the depth of stillness. In this gathering, we turn inward—exploring the quiet terrain of the inner landscape through conscious breath, somatic orienting, and acoustic immersion.
Blending the energizing discipline of Tummo-inspired breathwork with the regulation of acupuncture and floating sound bath, we’ll attune to the subtle rhythms within. This is where felt sense meets presence. Where we stop trying to "fix" and start sensing what’s already here.
Rooted in both ancient and modern techniques, this session will help you build inner trust through breath, balance through stillness, and connection through shared space.
