CHURCH HOLDS FOOD DRIVE FOR SALVATION ARMY

Rancho Bernardo Community Presbyterian Church (RBCPC) is sponsoring a drive-thru food collection on Saturday, December 6th from 9:00-11:00am only. This month’s grocery collection is for the Salvation Army food pantry in Escondido. Groceries and fresh produce are delivered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to families and seniors experiencing food insecurity. Additionally, the Salvation Army distributes pop-top cans and Top Ramen Cup of Soup meals to individuals currently living unsheltered. Your assistance in helping to keep their pantry shelves stocked is greatly appreciated. Please consider donating some of the following items to help meet the need of serving their homeless clients: Canned meals, soups or chili with pop-up lids Cup-A-Soup Noodles, meals Individually wrapped, crackers & cheese or crackers & peanut butter, granola bars without nuts, or individual fruit cups. Cash or checks made out to Salvation Army are appreciated.
