8- week Chakra Yoga Series

Come join me for a time of self-care, clarity of mind, and groundedness in nature for an 8-week Chakra Yoga Series at Lake Poway.

My 14 year old will be attending with me so teens and adults are welcome.

This is a beginner friendly Vinyasa Flow.

Bring your yoga mat and blocks if you have any. I will have extra mats. You will be able to do the entire series without any props though!

This series is free of charge.

I am looking to help you find healing in nature, learn about yoga, meditation and Pranayama (Breathwork). No sales, no hidden agendas, just me wanting to share some of the peace and mindfulness I have found with others. 🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏼🫶🏼🕊️🪽🌈🦚
