✨First visit free✨Jane Dunston from Blackpool and Fylde College will be popping in to share details of adult learning courses starting in September. Many of them are free so come and find out more.

✨We’ll also have plenty of time to chat as usual so join our growing community of women who already live alcohol free, are interested in learning more about the benefits, are cutting down on drinking or thinking about it. No obligation to stop drinking if you join us - some women who attend groups are choosing to cut down and drink more mindfully but haven’t made a decision to stop. That’s fine too - we provide space and time for everyone to make decisions that are right for them as an individual.

✨First visit free then future groups are just £6 pay as you go with tea and coffee including decaf and herbal, free ‘quit lit’ book library, information and leaflets on other health and wellbeing services including holistic wellbeing practitioners.

✨Room is accessible, free car park and bus stop nearby. You don’t need to live in Wyre to attend. You’re welcome wherever you live.
