The Thornton Practice is hosting Digital Well-Being Drop-in Sessions to support you with your online health services.

If you're experiencing any of the following, please come and see us:
� Unable to access the NHS App
� Trouble with NHS App services
� Issues accessing PATCHS and your messages
� Any other difficulties with the NHS App
� Need help registering for the NHS App or getting your linkage keys? Our team can guide you!

� DROP-IN DATES & TIMES:

Friday 4th July: 1:30pm – 4:00pm
Friday 1st August: 1:30pm – 4:00pm
Friday 5th September: 1:30pm – 4:00pm

� LOCATION: Room CR3, Thornton Medical Centre, Church Road, Thornton-Cleveleys, FY5 2TZ
